How it works: We email a menu on SATURDAY with 4 meal options available the following Monday – Thursday. The meals are packaged in glass Pyrex WITH a one time charge of $55.00. We deliver the freshly cooked food in insulated bags with ice packs between 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Upon the next days’ delivery we would like to pick up the clean containers in bags from your front doorstep. We are committed to using the best fresh organic, heart healthy and sustainable ingredients possible. We are happy to make substitutions if requested. We look forward to feeding you.
